Ticket Cancellation/Change Rules

IMPORTANT TICKET RULES.PLEASE PRINT THIS PAGE FOR YOUR REFERENCE

Please note the following airline rules for your ticket which take effect after ticket purchase.
ALL cancellations must be made atleast 24 hours before flight time or passenger/s will forfeit the whole cost of ticket. Passengers who don’t notify the agency before departure that they intend to cancel their trip and get the refund process started will be marked as “no shows” by the airline on flight date and will not be able to get any kind of refund. Changes have to be made before departure date to not lose all credit. Return changes can be made after departure either direct with the airline at destination city or by contacting Ethiopis Travel Agency and paying the applicable fees.

British Airways, and Air France tickets are completely non-refundable and date changes are possible at 300.00 penalty per ticket plus any applicable fare difference to the new date.

Ethiopian Airlines, Emirates, Gulf Air are refundable at 375.00 penalty and changeable by paying 275.00 penalty per change/per ticket plus any applicable fare difference to the new date.

KLM/Northwest Airlines, and Delta, and Lufthansa tickets are refundable by paying 375.00 penalty and changeable by paying 300.00 penalty per change/per ticket plus any applicable fare difference to the new date.

Published fares, no matter what airline, are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. Tickets for flights that originate outside of the U.S., except in some cases, are non-refundable after purchase

For all other airlines, contact us to find out specific ticket rules. Ticket rules are subject to change at any time by the airlines for reservations not paid for.
